“La pelicula del rey(王様の映画)”, Carlos Sorin, 1986, アルゼンチン。　「ボンボン」などで知られるアルゼンチンのマイナーな映画作家カルロス・ソリンの処女作。つまり処女作にありがちなように、いろいろ詰め込んだ、そして実験的でもあるような濃い、貪欲な作品。アルゼンチンの南部の独立に尽くそうとしたフランス人の英雄的人物を撮影しようとする映画監督がいるが、いろいろな障害にはばまれる、という内容。のちの作品に共通するシンプルで陰影の濃い作品群からみると、かなり異なっている。ところでこの作品を１１チャンネルで見始めたとき、ちょっとしたインシデントに見舞われ、あまり落ち着いて見ることができなかったのは残念。

Un personaje historico, un heroe anacronico de la independencia de una parte de Argentina, y ademas es un frances, sera filmado por un director. Pero este director enfrenta con las dificultades. Las obras posteriores deCarlos Sarin son simples y buenos contrastes. Esta primera obra pretende codociosa en su vision. A proposit, cuando empeze a ver esta obra, sucedio un incidente, y no pude concentrar bien.
