おとり捜査によるサスペンス物、しかしそのチームは手際はよくても滑稽なところがあるのでヒューマンであるともいえる。とにかく騙し合いが徹底。
この手のものはあまり好きではないのだがストーリーが緻密で人物たちも明確かつ魅力的なので引き込まれてしまう。つまり脚本が綿密に書き込まれているということを示しているのだろう。７０年代の音楽やファッションなどの時代背景も心憎いほど上手に利用されている。愉しめることには疑いがない。
