“Once Upon a Time in Anatolia (Bir zamanlar Anadolu'da)“、Nuri Bilge Ceylan、２０１１、トルコ

逮捕された犯人を引き連れ、深夜の平原を三台の車が被害者の埋められた死体をもとめて右往左往する。それでもようやくのこと死体を発見でき、市に戻り、取り調べが本格化するのだが、犯人と犠牲者とのあいだがもうひとつはっきりしない。犠牲者の妻子も現れるが、どうやらかなりの事情が裏にあるらしい。車の連中の、日々の暮らしについてのお喋りやら振る舞いなどがどうしようもなく浮いていて、さながら不条理劇を見ているような感じ。しかしそれはいかに制作者が考えぬいてこしらえたかが分かって、あとになって感心してしまう。前作の「三匹のサル」もわたしは見ていた。

A group of the police, etc, was looking for a body in the midnight, but it was so difficult to carry out its purpose. It was just like a road movie. Later finally they discovered the body. And they returned to the city. But it resulted it was not clear the relation between the victim and its criminal. Everything would convert in black and real tone.

Un grupo de la autoridad busca un cuerpo enterrado, pero el autor del crimen dificilmente identifica el lugar. Aqui se ve como el cine de viaje obligado pero infructifero. Sin embargo, finalmente encuentran con el cuerpo. Todo camino, cada quien del grupo platica sus asuntos cotidianos como si fuera un teatro de absurdo. Regresando a la ciudad, investiga la totalidad del asunto, pero parece que encontramos con la realidad poco creible. Puede ser una narracion monotona, pero muy controlada. Eso sera la abilidad de este director. Habia visto yo su obra anterior.
